Knife, pills, or creams for breast enhancement?

Posted February 9th, 2008 by Jane

My friend Jamie, who always considered herself quite flat-chested with her A-cup bras, has been talking more and more about getting breast enhancement surgery done. So I told her to hold on a little while and I’d do some research for her on non-surgical alternatives to getting her breast-related self-esteem up! I know her boyfriend is really happy about Jamie’s breast size (well, I asked him straight out…!) but Jamie would prefer something like the size in this picture:

A great breast enhancement job

The options for breast enhancement

There are two main options, either you can go under the knife or use a natural breast enhancement technique. Usually, this means pills or creams, and there’s a lot of controversy around whether those work. For more information about that, I looked at the breastenhancementguides.com website to find out more about the natural options.

Breast enhancement pills work by reactivating the mammary glands, and so creating enhanced, larger, and firmer breasts. There are quite a few options out there for what to try, and many have been disproven in scientific studies. However, it’s always worth finding out what real users think the pills do for them and if you go to this page, you’ll find user ratings and reviews to help you make a decision.

Breast enhancement creams work by stimulating the growth of the breasts thin tissues safely and efficiently, resulting in a larger, firmer and shapelier breasts. According to the site, it’s best to use both the pills and the creams together. Again, there are plenty of reviews and user opinions on the efficiency of each cream.

I should note that any cream or pill with this many active ingredients could cause an allergic reaction or side-effects, so be careful when trying these out.

Going under the knife for breast enlargementThe guaranteed option for larger breasts is of course to get breast implant surgery done. It’s effective, quick, and very costly. A good “boob job” can cost anywhere from $5,000 to $20,000. The surgery is also quite invasive and the potential for surgery related problems is definitely there and will be much worse than a simple rash from a breast enhancement cream!

Understandably, Jamie is a little scared of having anyone put a scalpel next to her dear breasts!

What I think Jamie should do

Jamie is best off trying to use a natural breast enhancement regiment with pills and creams for a few months and see if any natural breast growth happens. Apparently, the effects are wildly different from person to person and this may work quite well. It’s unlikely she’ll end up with C-cups like in the picture on top, but an extra cup size is pretty likely according to the reviews and forums.

It will only cost her a few hundred dollars to try this method, and if it works, she’ll avoid plastic surgery and all the safety issues around that. I know both Jamie and her boyfriend would really prefer this, and so would I!
