Getting rid of my stretch marks

Posted February 9th, 2008 by Jane

Stretch marks can be prevented with the right treatmentNow that I’ve done as much as I can about getting my husband’s hair back (!), it’s only fair for me to tackle some of the stretch marks I’ve got on my stomach. Once, and this was before I became so interested in keeping myself fit, I got pretty round around the belly and it left some ugly marks right around where the bikini line is. And of course, I also want to prevent stretch marks from creeping up anywhere else.

I found Divas-blog.com, or as they name themselves on the site “Diva’s Skin Care Blog - The ultimate source for skin care solutions”. The blog is completely devoted to skin care, and Diva herself has done some really in-depth studies on stretch mark cream and how they help buyers. For example, right on the site is Rose, whose stretch marks are quite large as they’re from a pregnancy. Just two months into it, her OB-GYN told her that there was nothing that could be done and the stretch marks were simply hereditary: Some people just get them much more easily.

Rose, and Diva, were not happy about being told this, and did a long term trial during the pregnancy specifically using the Revitol stretch mark cream to stop further marks from forming - which is exactly what I’m worried about mostly.

However, they quickly noticed that the stretch marks began to diminish and then go away, leaving a nice smooth belly for Rose and the baby on the way.

Diva did studies like this on 10 people, and the Revitol cream definitely came out on top. Well, I’m trying it and I’ll let you know how it works for me!
