Blog review: Body for life results

Body For Life is a company that provides one of the better diet and weight loss programs around. Body For Life Results is their blog, which is jam-packed with useful information about how to really get your body in shape for the rest of your life, not just the rest of your diet!

Body For Life Results covers topics such as the Atkins Diet, Body For Life Principles, Building Muscle And Getting Toned, Diet & Fitness Blog Reviews, Fitness & Exercise, General Fitness issues (that they call Ramblings!), GI Diet, Healthy Eating And Diet, and Weight Loss and Fat Loss. All in all, many of the topics I touch on here at Jane’s Be Well Tips from time to time.

Especially useful for those of us who are further along and very fit already are posts such as Body For Life HIIT, which covers using High-Intensity Interval Training to blow off the fat and rocket up your aerobic capacity. Such high intensity training isn’t for the beginner, but certainly fantastic for the ‘fitness fanatics’ among us.

If you still have a way to go with your fitness routine, check out the general Fitness & Diet blog posts. These cover most basic fitness topics and others’ experiences with them. They’re good for your motivation, after all, it’s not just you and I that struggle at times (!), but other writers do too.

It’s a nice blog, and you should stop by and take a look.
