Welcome to Jane’s Be Well Tips.

My blog is about being, becoming, and staying healthy. In other words, ‘being well’.

I will write about ways to become a whole person, mentally and physically. You’ll find lots of tips about products, services, philosophies, and little tips that help you become a more balanced and happier human being.

I believe that taking advantage of both modern science (and, yes, I do mean medication if necessary), products and services that let you be comfortable and give you more time, and ancient philosophies such as meditation and yoga can make you ‘be well’.

While I’m not medically trained, I’ve lived with Type 2 diabetes for 10 years and  battle(d) with my weight every year! I’m also struggling to stay fit with a demanding day job. Take my tips and articles for what they are, ideas and practices that have helped me or sparked new thinking for myself and others.

Please do consult with a good doctor before making changes to your diet or exercise regime if you’re ill. And if you’re healthy as can be, be careful, it’s easy to hurt yourself!
